Our research focuses on marine mineral resources, deep sea exploration, and seafloor mapping.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our work integrates innovative exploration and mapping technology with analyses (petrographic, geochemical, stable isotope, and geochronological) of geological samples such as hydrothermal precipitates collected from \u201cblack smoker\u201d hydrothermal vents.
